At ISB Global, I lead end-to-end business analysis and solution design across CRM, ERP, customer portal, and contract management systems for enterprise clients — integrating with SAP, DocuSign, AWS, Azure, and Angular front-ends, including low-code OutSystems builds. I introduced AI-driven automation that reduced UI design time from 14 days to 1 day.

At Asilia Africa, I built an ERP and CRM ecosystem from scratch across 15 safari camps and 3 regional offices — integrated with marketing platforms to drive direct B2C growth. Scaled monthly website traffic from 10,000 to 100,000, leads from 80 to 1,600/month, and delivered a 3x increase in digital sales.

Lead Business Analyst | 2022–Present | Remote to UK and USA

ISB Global provides enterprise ERP software to the waste and recycling industry. As Lead Business Analyst, I lead solution design and requirements definition across CRM, contract management, customer portal, and sustainability tracking — serving clients with $1bn+ turnover across the US. Highlights include the Amazon Sustainability Platform (500+ sites, reporting cycles reduced from 6 weeks to under 24 hours) and a CRM/ERP platform supporting 2M+ customers and 100k+ contracts.

Asilia Africa

Head of Growth | 2014–Feb 2022 | Cape Town

Asilia Africa is the leading safari operator in East Africa, owning and running high-end safari lodges in iconic wildlife areas such as the Serengeti and Masai Mara. Originally relying entirely on travel agent B2B sales, I set up, ran and grew a direct B2C-focused digital marketing team, introducing new capabilities critical to the future of the business. I continue to focus on growing the consumer audience and revenue, as well as on the CRM and data architecture that comprises the marketing platform. Eliminated 500+ hours of manual reporting per month. Grew leads from 80 to 1,600/month and improved conversion from 8% to 25%, delivering a 3x increase in digital sales.

Gloo Digital Design - Ogilvy Group

Senior Account Director, 2011 - 2014, Cape Town

Gloo was the leading digital marketing agency in SA; they merged with Ogilvy to continued success. I was responsible for landing new clients, growing my accounts, and delivering all projects successfully. My portfolio included DStv, Allan Gray, Samsung, Jacaranda FM, East Coast Radio, J&B, Kagiso Media and Pearson. I generated several million rand in annual turnover, won many pitches, and successfully delivered many digital projects.

Barracuda Digital SEO & PPC

Senior Project Manager, 2008 - 2011, London

Barracuda is a SEO and PPC agency based in London. I was responsible for new business acquisition, account management and project management. I successfully pitched to clients across the UK and managed accounts for large international brands including Lloyd's of London, Harrods, Aviva, Comedy Central, Smythson and Richer Sounds.
