As Lead Business Analyst, I lead solution design and requirements definition across CRM, contract management, customer portal, and sustainability tracking — serving clients with $1bn+ turnover across the US. Asilia Africa is the leading safari operator in East Africa, owning and running high-end safari lodges in iconic wildlife areas such as the Serengeti and Masai Mara. Originally relying entirely on travel agent B2B sales, I set up, ran and grew a direct B2C-focused digital marketing team, introducing new capabilities critical to the future of the business. I continue to focus on growing the consumer audience and revenue, as well as on the CRM and data architecture that comprises the marketing platform.
